We just had to go back. I knew we would.

DC. I think we're in love with you. I know we have only had two dates but I think it's getting serious.

Just kidding. Kind of.

This time we went with some of the friends we have made through Jordan's internship at John Hopkins and spent most of the day at the Eastern Market and in Georgetown. Also, of course, since I was outnumbered 5 to 1 by scientists we spent a lot of time at the Museum of Natural History.

My favorite parts of DC from this trip were all of the colorful town homes that line the streets. I absolutely loved the set from above that are painted red, white, and blue.

We happened upon the most awesome bookstore that was closing right when as we found it. Bummer. But I was amazed at how books filled in the windows. I have got to get inside if we go again.

When we hit the Virginia state line, we decided it might be time to turn around. I think we walked forever but would have definitely kept going. And no blisters this time but even more walking than the last.

I think we'll do it again.

PS.  Is Dunder Mifflin a real store? We found this outside of that cute bookstore.
